Directed by Malik Bendjelloul found dead at Age 36 Years

Oscar-winning director Malik Bendjelloul and Bafta, for best documentary in 2013 from Sweden, died at the age of 36 years.

His body was found on Tuesday (05/13/2014) in Stockholm, Sweden, police said.

They could not confirm the cause of death, but said there was no suspicion of criminal activity.

Bendjelloul known through the film "Searching for Sugar Man," which won an Oscar and a British movie awards (BAFTA) as the best documentary in 2013.

The low-cost film tells about two South Africans who are looking for 'heroes' of their music, the musicians United States in the 1970s named Sixto Rodriguez.

Most of the film was recorded using an iPhone app after running out of funds Bendjelloul.
